This painting was done by David Alfaro Siqueiros in 1947. The name of this painting iis   " El Diablo en la Iglesia ". David was born in 1896 in Chihuahua, Mexico and died in 1974.   The painting is of  the devil in the church.    I think this painting is crazy because the devil is not supposed to be in a church a there you see the devil in a church. Also nobody really knows what the devil looks like and here they painted one. You can't really see his face, but his is big and he broke the ceiling to see inside. It looks as if the devil has six hands that look like crab hands. The painting also shows the people in the church praying with their hands up and others on their knees. This painting has a lot of colors. The people in the front are more colorful because of the light coming down from the ceiling and the people in the back are dark because there is no light. There is also people on the top near the devil and behind them is a window. I like this painting because they painted something that they know is not supposed to happen.
